Our second day in Ireland taught the kids that running while jet lagged is not most fun experience in the world. Nevertheless, we were able to get in 5-6 miles on Saint Stephens Green and the Grand Canal. The boys and girls did core and hip mobility in the park and made quick firends with Gary (a Chinese tourist that decided to join our core session). He ended up leaving Ireland with a gift from Timmy Crawford: a sweaty Laguna Beach cross country T-shirt. After practice, the team toured Kilmainham Gaol, a prison in the city. We even met the mayor of Dublin! For dinner, the girls cooked chicken and pasta and the boys cleaned the kitchen. It was a great second day.
