Tomorrow we start our official summer camp! Athletes should bring water bottle, running shoes, towel, food (protein bars, bananas or something healthy) for after the run, chocolate milk is also good after a workout. We will start at 8am sharp so please plan on being there at least 10 minutes early. We will start new athletes on low milage (between 15 and 20 miles a week) but it is very important to be at camp everyday keep injuries down to a minimum.
You must be signup through LBHS to attend the camp.
